Asamura Law Offices is a relatively new firm established in 2011, however we operate in parallel with Asamura Patent Office which was originally founded in 1891, and provide our clients with expert legal advice in disputes concerning intellectual property rights. Depending on the nature of the legal issues involved, we work closely in cooperation with Asamura Patent Office, assisting you with our team of experts comprised of our in-house attorneys, technical experts and patent attorneys knowledgeable in their product fields. This team system enables us to handle cases covering a wide range of technical fields and products. Masahiro Asamura, who is also a senior managing partner of Asamura Patent Office,  brings a wealth of experience with patent applications in the field of chemistry in Japan and overseas, offering clients a synthesis of both a lawyer and a patent attorney.
